  I've used this post office quite a bit over the past few years because of my home-based business, and I cannot think of one experience where the person behind the counter was even remotely nice, which is one reason I hate having to go there. I know post offices in general are not known for 'service with a smile', but this one is just awful. Recently we had a large envelope come in the mail that was torn wide open and was missing a number of items. There was even a list of items in the envelope, along with other papers, that said what was supposed to be included, and they were all missing. We went to the post office to tell them about it and they went on about how the company that sent it must have packaged it poorly (extremely unlikely-not the first package we'd received from that company, and they are very professional in their dealings), and refused to take any accountability for it at all. My wife was almost in tears when we left, their manners are so abysmal. It was honestly a matter that could've been cleared up pretty easily, but I guess that was beyond their skill level.

  Literally have never been treated nicely. Every time I go in there they are grumpy and rude. One time I asked if there was a penny in the box lobby and the lady replied, "no, probably not." and then slammed the door. I would use a different service if there was one close by.

  I went to go pick up a package and the lady behind the counter said, "next" so I went up and she just stared at me... "I need to pick up a package" what type of package... I just sat there and stared really? A PACKAGE!!! Do i have to tell you whats inside? then she says, " I need more information." Okay well do your job and tell me what you need. I never come to the post office to pick up something... so clearly this is my first time in AGES!!!!!! I think the last time I went to do do anything at the post office has been over 3 years!!!! Seriously this lady just sat there like she hated her life!!!! The post office needs some college students in there running the place. It would make going there a lot more tolerable.

  Been living here for two months and this post office has failed to deliver 3 different important pieces of mail to us that we ensured were labelled and stamped correctly. No help is given when you come in to address the issue. Instead all that's offered is: "we deliver all mail we receive, must be a mistake on your part."
