- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It was easy while I was paying, but when my auto pay lapsed instead of calling me about it, or sending an email where 90% of the communication was handled. They let me lapse, did not know I didn't have insurance until I tried to submit a claim. When saying please contact me with stuff like this was met with a sarcastic response from Jared himself.
