    Hemming House 3 is by far the best place I've lived in to date. Great location, decent house (they provide A/C in the summer), and friendly staff. Very flexible with payments, and I never had any difficulties with management for any reason. They were always responsive when we made maintenance requests, and signing contracts for new semesters was a breeze. I would highly recommend this place. The only downside I can imagine is perhaps a lack of social life, because this is not an apartment complex, and is "far" in comparison to other places. Otherwise, it's a quiet location, close to Porter Park, and the view from the sunroom is excellent.

    I really liked living at The Willows. The management at The Willows is really great. My apartment was really homey and the property is well taken care of. I would highly recommend living at any of the Properties owned by Hemming Village.

    Awesome owners and they offer an option for every student. The Willows is one of the nicest complexes in Rexburg. The Pines and The Cedars are amazing location at a great price. Hemming Housing comes highly recommended!

    I have never lived in any of the Hemming properties but I have worked very closely with all of them and found them to be exceptional. The management is on top of things and the apartments are well taken care of. Plus they are very competitively priced!
