- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆My wife and I went to ICCU because we heard some good things about them. Everyone was super helpful and friendly until they connected us with Jace for our home loan, most unhelpful person I have ever met. Takes week or even months to get back to you, so we just decided to go to a bank who values customer service. If you do go to ICCU do whatever it takes to avoid him.By Andy Fisk, August 04, 2017
