- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm not sure how they treat their permanent residents, but they pretty much consider their student customers as irresponsible and a waste of their time. They were very difficult to work with even on a small clerical error of their own doing. So I closed my account (which I should have gotten in writing). However, they did not close it and then charged maintenance fees and then proceeded to report me to the credit bureau. They were rude and refused to remove any fees or correct the credit reporting because I could not show them in writing that they failed to close the account.
